BREAKING: Federal High Court Dismisses Suit Seeking Soludo’s Disqualification

Awarded a punitive cost of N2M against the two plaintiffs to be paid to Mr Soludo and his deputy, Mr Ibezim, Justice Taiwo Oladipupo Taiwo in his judgment described the suit as frivolous, irritating and lacking in merit.

The plaintiffs , Adindu Valentine and Egwudike Chukwuebukain had in their suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/711/2021, alleged that Mr Soludo submmited false information in his affidavit (FORM EC9) which he submitted to INEC, by not establishing he was contesting for the position in Anambra state.
